المشدد 6 سنوات لسائق وعامل لحيازتهما 61 لفافة هيروين فى الإسكندرية
قضت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية بمعاقبة كل من “عقل” و”سسا” بالسجن 6 سنوات، وتغريم كل منهما مبلغ مائة ألف جنيه عما خصص لهما، ومصادرة المخدر المضبوط وإلزام كل منهما لدفع النفقات الجنائية، حيث تم اتهامهم بالاتجار بالمخدرات. المواد المخدرة.
وتعود أحداث القضية المسجلة رقم 10535 لسنة 2023 جناية قسم شرطة ثان العامرية، إلى أن تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الإسكندرية إخطارا من ضباط قسم شرطة ثان العامرية يفيد بضبط المتهمين. حيث تم ضبط كمية من المواد المخدرة في مكتب القسم.
وكشفت التحقيقات أنه أثناء المرور الأمني بمكتب المديرية، شاهدت القوة الأمنية “عقل عقل” سائق، و”س.س.أ” عامل، بجوار توك توك وبداخله المتهم الأول، وعندما قام أحد أعوانهما وعندما ظهر المتهم الثاني سلمه لائحة. ومقابل مبلغ مالي، تم القبض عليهم وبحوزتهم حقيبة مفكوكة محتوياتها تبين أنها تحتوي على 61 لفافة من مادة الهيروين، بالإضافة إلى ميزان إلكتروني. وبتفتيش المتهم الأول عثر بحوزته على مبلغ مالي وهاتف محمول، وبتفتيش المتهم الثاني عثر بحوزته على هاتف محمول. وبمواجهتهما اعترف بحيازة المواد المخدرة بغرض الاتجار. ومبالغ مالية من عائدات البيع، وهواتف للاتصال بزبائنها، وميزان لوزن المواد المخدرة، وتوكتوك للترويج. تم تحرير محضر بالواقعة، وتولت النيابة التحقيق، التي قررت إحالتهما إلى محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية التي أصدرت حكمها.
