قضت محكمة جنايات سوهاج، مساء اليوم الثلاثاء، بمعاقبة المتهمين “WQG” موظف بالمعاشات، و”YTA” عامل، بالسجن المؤبد وغرامة 100 ألف جنيه لكل منهما، لاتهامهما بالاتجار بالمخدرات. جوهر الحشيش والشابو والميثامفيتامين في المنطقة الوسطى. مراغة.
وصدر الحكم برئاسة المستشار حمدي عبد العزيز وعضوية المستشارين هاني صبحي دحا وأحمد أحمد الجندي وأمانة سر طه حسين وماجد أمين.
وتعود أحداث الواقعة إلى عام 2023، بمنطقة مركز المراغة، حيث وردت معلومات لرجال المباحث تفيد بقيام المتهمين بالاتجار في مادة الحشيش والشابو ومادة الميثامفيتامين، وترويجها لدى زبائنهم من متعاطي المخدرات. ومتعاطي المخدرات. وبعد تقنين الإجراءات وإجراء التحقيقات، تم التأكد من دقة المعلومات الواردة من مصدر سري، وتم القبض على المتهمين ومواجهتهم. واعترفوا بالواقعة، وتم التحفظ على المضبوطات، وأحيلت القضية إلى محكمة الجنايات التي أصدرت حكمها السابق.
