اليوم.. نظر إعادة محاكمة متهم فى قضية " الخلافات الثأرية بالصف "
تنظر دائرة الإرهاب الثانية المنعقدة بمدينة بدر، برئاسة محمد عمار، إعادة محاكمة متهم مع آخرين محكوم عليهم سابقا، في تبادل لإطلاق النار لعدة ساعات، على خلفية خلافات انتقامية بين عائلتين أسفرت عن مقتل شخصين. مقتل شخصين وإصابة 8 آخرين.
وتعود القضية إلى نزاع انتقامي وقع بين العائلتين بعد أن قام أحد أفراد الأسرة الأولى بقتل طرف آخر من الأسرة الثانية، ومن أجل إراقة الدماء أمرت المحكمة العسكرية الأسرة الأولى بدفع مبلغ بقيمة 600 ألف جنيه. وبالفعل قام شيوخ الأسرة الأولى بعرض الدية على الأسرة الثانية التي لم يكتف شبابها وأصروا على دفع الدية. الانتقام ورفض الدية.
