الانتهاء من أعمال المنطقة النسيجية بالبحيرة بتكلفة مليار و400 مليون جنيه
وأكدت الدكتورة نهال بلبع، نائب محافظ البحيرة، أن إنشاء منطقة النسيج بمركز حوش عيسى يعد نقلة نوعية وطفرة صناعية بالمحافظة، مضيفة أن إنشاء منطقة النسيج بحوش عيسى، وهي وينفذ بتكلفة مليار و400 مليون جنيه، ويأتي في إطار إطلاق المبادرة الرئاسية لإنشاء 13 مجمعًا صناعيًا بمحافظات الجمهورية. لتوفير فرص العمل للشباب.
وأوضح نائب محافظ البحيرة، أنه تم الانتهاء من الأعمال الإنشائية لمنطقة النسيج، كما تم تنفيذ أعمال المرافق بتكلفة 120 مليون جنيه تمهيداً لافتتاحها في المستقبل القريب.
يذكر أن المجمع الصناعي للغزل والنسيج في منطقة حوش عيسى يقع على مساحة 15 دونماً ويضم 6 مصانع كبيرة وصغيرة، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء 864 ورشة نسيج.
ويشمل أيضا المشروع الجديد منطقة إداري وتجاري يشمل مبنى إداري – منفذ بيع – خدمات مصرفية – مبنى معارض، بالإضافة إلى منطقة الخدمات التي تضم مسجداً والعديد من الكافيتريات والمطاعم.
