السلطات السعودية توضح حقيقة "انتشار وباء جديد"
أكدت هيئة الصحة العامة في السعودية، وقاية، اليوم الأربعاء، عدم صحة المخاطر والتحذيرات التي يتم تداولها بشأن وباء جديد.
ونشرت الهيئة عبر صفحتها بموقع “إكس”: “نؤكد أنه لا صحة للمخاطر والتحذيرات التي يتم تداولها بشأن وباء جديد، كما ذكرت “جي.إن. ليست هناك حاجة لتطبيق إجراءات صارمة، كما ننصح الجميع بأخذ المعلومات من المصادر الرسمية الموثوقة”.
وفي سياق متصل، قال الدكتور حسام عبد الغفار، المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الصحة والسكان في مصر، إنه يعتقد أن متغير 1.JN لديه نسبة انتشار عالية ولديه القدرة على إصابة الحالات التي تم تطعيمها مسبقًا بالتطعيمات القديمة ضد فيروس كورونا الجديد. ومع ذلك، حتى الجرعات الأولية من لقاح كوفيد من المرجح أن تساعد في الحماية من السلالة الفرعية 1.JN الجديدة.
