تشهد محافظة سوهاج مشروع تطوير وميكنة الخدمات الحكومية. وهو أحد المشاريع الوطنية التي تهدف في المقام الأول إلى رفع مستوى أداء كافة الخدمات العامة المقدمة للمواطنين، وتسهيل الحصول على الخدمة إلكترونياً وفي أسرع وأقصر وقت ممكن، وتقليل زمن تقديم الخدمة، وتبسيط الإجراءات، وتحقيق الشفافية في التعامل. بالإضافة إلى تفعيل مبدأ الفصل بين مقدم الخدمة وطالبه مما يخلق بيئة عمل مناسبة بعيدة عن التعرض لأي عامل فساد.
“اليوم السابع” يزود القارئ بالمستندات المطلوبة لتقديم طلب التصالح في المخالفات النظامية إلى المحكمة بسوهاج.
المستندات والأوراق المطلوبة:
1- الوثيقة التي تثبت صفة مقدم الطلب أو وكالة رسمية في حالة الوكالة (للمراجعة).
2- إيصال سداد الغرامات المستحقة للمحافظة.
3- التبليغ بمحضر المخالفة أو صورة منه.
4- إيصال سداد الرسوم المقررة.
