تعليم الإسماعيلية يشارك فى مبادرة "تميز المعلم" بمركز تطوير التعليم
شارك الدكتور محمد بحيري، وكيل وزارة التربية والتعليم بالإسماعيلية، اليوم الأربعاء، في ورشة العمل في إطار مبادرة تميز المعلم والممولة من الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية الشريك المنفذ مركز تطوير التعليم، بمشاركة محافظتي السويس وبورسعيد، تحت إشراف وتنفيذ الدكتورة ميرفت الليب مستشار أول لسياسات وحوكمة التعليم العالي. الدكتور وائل صلاح مستشار أول لبرامج الدراسات العليا، والدكتورة مي كمال مدير برامج تنمية القدرات، والدكتور محمد شبانة أخصائي برامج الدراسات العليا.
واستهدفت المبادرة مديري المديريات ومديري التعليم الابتدائي ومعلمي الرياضيات واللغة العربية واللغة الإنجليزية والعلوم.
وناقشت الورشة عدداً من المواضيع منها التعاون والتنسيق بين كليات التربية ووزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، بالإضافة إلى توصيات ومقترحات لتعزيز التواصل المستدام بينهما لضمان تلبية برامج إعداد معلم المرحلة الابتدائية لاحتياجات الوزارة. ومتطلبات النظام التعليمي الجديد، وأهم المعارف والمهارات والاتجاهات التي ينبغي أن تتضمنها برامج الإعداد. معلمو المدارس الابتدائية لتمكين الخريجين من تطبيق النظام التعليمي الجديد بشكل فعال، وأخيرا مقترحات حول كيفية تطوير تجربة التعليم العملي.
