محافظ الجيزة يتابع استعدادات امتحانات الفصل الدراسي الثاني لشهادة إتمام مرحلة التعليم الأساسي

تابع اللواء/ أحمد راشد محافظ الجيزة، استعدادات امتحانات الفصل الدراسي الثاني لشهادة إتمام مرحلة التعليم الأساسي للعام الدراسي 2023/2024، والتي من المقرر أن تبدأ يوم السبت الموافق 18 من مايو 2024 وتنتهي في الخميس الموافق 23 من مايو الجاري.
وأكد اللواء أحمد راشد أن مديرية التربية والتعليم قد أنهت استعداداتها لامتحانات الفصل الدراسي الثاني لشهادة إتمام مرحلة التعليم الأساسي موجهًا باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة وتطهير المدارس لتوفير بيئة امتحانية آمنة وملائمة لأبنائنا الطلاب.
مشيرًا إلى أن عدد المتقدمين لامتحانات الشهادة الإعدادية بلغ (١٩١٠٦٨) طالب وطالبة يؤدون امتحاناتهم أمام (٦٩٧) لجنة امتحانية بالإدارات التعليمية بالإضافة إلى لجنة ٥٧٣٥٧.
وكلف محافظ الجيزة جميع الجهات التنفيذية بالتعاون الدوري لتهيئة المناخ الجيد للطلاب لأداء الامتحانات مشددًا على استمرار التنسيق بين مديرية التربية والتعليم ومديرية الأمن ومديرية الشئون الصحية لتوفير كافة الاحتياجات المطلوبة لسير عملية الامتحانات، مع الالتزام التام بكافة الإجراءات اللازمة.
ووجه محافظ الجيزة رؤساء الأحياء والمراكز والمدن وهيئة النظافة بتكثيف أعمال النظافة في محيط المدارس ورفع المخلفات بشكل فوري ومنع تواجد الإشغالات ومكبرات الصوت أو اي وسائل إزعاج لتهيئة بيئة صحية تسمح للطلاب بأداء الامتحانات بنجاح.
وأوضح اشرف سلومه مدير مديرية التربية والتعليم أنه تم إصدار تعليمات مشددة بالالتزام التام بالقرارات الوزارية والكتب الدورية المنظمة وتشكيل غرفة عمليات بكل إدارة تعليمية .
واكد أشرف سلومه على منع دخول الهواتف المحمولة والسماعات والساعات الإلكترونية مع تقليل الطلاب باللجان الفرعية، والحفاظِ على المسافات الآمنة بين الطلاب أثناء أداء الامتحان مع التواجد المستمِر للطبيب أو الزائرة الصحية بكل لجنة للتدخل الفوري في حالة الطوارئ، والاهتمام بالنظافة اليومية للفناء ودورات المياه.
