في أقل من ٢٤ ساعة الأجهزة الامنية تنجح فى ضبط التشكيل العصابي مرتكب واقعة محاولة سرقة عقار مدينة بدر
تمكنت أجهزة البحث الجنائي بقطاع الأمن العام بالتعاون مع مديريتي أمن “القاهرة” و”الشرقية” من كشف ملابسات محاولة سرقة عقار تحت الإنشاء في زهراء العاصمة بدائرة قسم شرطة بدر. قام المتهمون بإطلاق أعيرة نارية من سلاح ناري لترويع المواطنين ومحاولة الهرب باستخدام سيارة إلنترا بيضاء.
أسفرت التحريات عن ضبط مرتكبي الواقعة الذين تبين أنهم يشكلون تشكيلًا عصابيًا مكونًا من 9 أشخاص، جميعهم لديهم سوابق جنائية. تخصص هذا التشكيل في سرقة الأسلاك الكهربائية ومستلزمات السباكة ومواتير المياه من العقارات تحت الإنشاء. كما تم ضبط ثلاث سيارات يستخدمونها في ارتكاب جرائم السرقات، بالإضافة إلى السيارة والبندقية الخرطوش المستخدمة في الواقعة. كما تم العثور على عدد من الطلقات والأسلحة البيضاء وكمية من المسروقات والمبالغ المالية المتحصلة من وقائع السرقة.
تستمر السلطات في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، والتحقيق في باقي الجرائم المحتملة التي قد يكون التشكيل العصابي ارتكبها، وملاحقة عملائهم.
