وأكد الرئيس التنفيذي للمجلس عبدالمجيد بن عواد الدهمشي ، أن ديم للمنح التنموي هي إحدى مبادرات مجلس الجمعيات الأهلية للمساهمة في تعظيم أثر التدخلات التنموية وتلبية الاحتياجات الأساسية وصناعة الفرص من خلال عدة مجالات وهي الصحة ، التعليم، الطاقة ، البيئة ، الثقافة ، ضيوف الرحمن ، مكين الجمعيات، الإسكان التنموي، الخدمات المجتمعية ، بهدف استدامة النفع على المجتمع وتعظيم الأثر التنموي من خلال طرح مبادرات تنموية مبتكرة تحقق رؤية المملكة 2030 وتعود بالنفع على المجتمع.
ويوضح مدير عام المبادرات الأستاذ مصعب بن عبدالله آل راكان بأن منتج ديم للمنح التنموي تم تصميمه وفق أفضل ممارسات المنح عالمياً حيث تركز عملية المنح على الجمعية المنفذة للمشاريع المدعومة، كما نموذج عمله المبتكر يسهم بتعزيز القدرة التشغيلية للجمعية ورصد المتابعة والتقييم، ليكون ديم بهذه النوعية والتفرد وبحلوله الرقمية رافداً وداعماً للجمعيات الأهلية في مشاريعها وخدماتها.
