أعلن تجمع الرياض الصحي الأول ضمن إحصائيات النصف الأول من العام 2024 م، عن عدد 525,294 مكالمة تم استقبالها في مركز الاتصال عبر الرقم الموحد للتجمع 19910.
حيث تم خدمة 522,148 مكالمة بشكلٍ مباشر، بينما تمت إحالة عدد 3,146 مكالمة للمنشآت. وأوضح التجمع أن أقصى وقت للرد على المكالمات الواردة لم يتجاوز 20 ثانية، ليصل مستوى رضا العملاء إلى نسبة 95%.
كما ذكر “التجمع الأول” بأن عدد الخدمات المقدمة عبر مركز الاتصال 6 خدمات، وهي: حجز مواعيد المتابعة، إلغاء وإعادة جدولة المواعيد، التذكير بالمواعيد، الرد على الاستفسارات العامة، الرد على استفسارات الإحالات الطبية، بالإضافة إلى التواصل مع تعليقات المراجعين عبر استبانات Press Ganey لقياس وتحسين تجربة المريض.
