كشف ملابسات ما تم تداوله عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعى من وجود صفحة لشركة للحراسات الخاصة، ويزعم القائم على إدارتها كونها شركة أمن وحراسات خاصة مرخصة من الجهات المعنية وقدرته على إسترجاع الديون وفض النزاعات وتأمين المنشأت الخاصة بمقابل مادى.

بالفحص وإجراء التحريات تمكن قطاع الأمن العام بمشاركة الإدارة العامة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات من تحديد القائم على إدارة الصفحة المشار إليها وشريكه (لهما معلومات جنائية)، وإتخاذهما من إحدى الشقق المستأجرة بالقاهرة مقراً لمزاولة نشاطهما الإجرامى.
عقب تقنين الإجراءات تم ضبطهما وعُثر بحوزتهما على (هاتف محمول “به آثار ودلائل تؤكد نشاطهما”- 6 تماثيل فرعونية “مُقلدة” – مبلغ مالى “مزيف”- جهاز لاسلكى).. بمواجهتهما أقرا بإشتراكهما فى إرتكاب الواقعة وإدارة أحدهما للصفحة المُشار إليها بقصد تحصلهما على منافع مالية، وأن التماثيل المُقلدة والمبلغ المالى المُزيف المضبوطين بحوزتهما تأتى فى إطار إستخدامها فى النصب والإحتيال على المواطنين ، وأن الجهاز اللاسلكى المضبوط بقصد إيهام المُتعاملين معهما بعملهما فى مجال الأمن والحراسة.
