أكد المهندس حازم الأشموني محافظ الشرقية على مدير مديرية الطب البيطري بتكثيف الحملات التفتيشية والرقابية على المعارض وشوادر بيع الأسماك واللحوم ومحلات الجزارة ومحلات بيع الأسماك والمطاعم وثلاجات الحفظ والمصانع وسيارات بيع اللحوم لضبط الأسعار ،والتأكد من صلاحية المنتجات المعروضة ومراعاتها لكافة الإشتراطات الصحية والبيئية والإشراف على المذبوحات بالمجازر الحكومية ومجازر الدواجن للحفاظ على صحة وسلامة المواطنين لضبط سوق اللحوم والدواجن والأسماك.
ومن جانبه أوضح اللواء دكتور إبراهيم محمد متولي وكيل الوزارة مدير مديرية الطب البيطري أن المديرية ( إدارة المجازر والتفتيش على اللحوم ) بالإشتراك مع الجهات المعنية ( شرطة البيئة والمسطحات المائية – الرقابة الإدارية – الرقابة التموينية – مباحث التموين – الرقابة الصحية – مجالس المدن) قامت بتنفيذ حملات تفتيشية لضبط سوق اللحوم والدواجن والأسماك.
وأضاف مدير مديرية الطب البيطري أن الحملات التفتيشية أسفرت عن تحرير محضر مخالفة وضبط (٤ طن و ١٢٠ كجم) دواجن غير صالحة للإستهلاك الآدمي وتم عمل المحاضر اللازمة وإتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية حيال المخالفين.
لتوفير غذاء صحي وآمن حفاظاً على صحة و سلامة المواطنين من كافة الأغذية الفاسدة و المجهولة المصدر.
