تستمر حملة ‘من ايد لايد’ لجمع القمامة بشوارع مدينة دمنهور، بهدف المحافظة على بيئة نظيفة وتحسين مظهر المدينة، حيث تهدف الحملة إلى تحسين نظافة المدينة وتلبية احتياجات المواطنين من خلال تكاتف الجهود
وتشمل الحملة تطبيق نظام جمع القمامة المنزلية عبر سيارات جمع القمامة التي ستقوم بزيارة المنازل لجمع أكياس القمامة كما تركز على تنظيف الشوارع والقضاء على نقاط تجمع القمامة غير المصرح بها في جميع أنحاء المدينة
وتؤكد الدكتورة جاكلين عازر أن تطوير منظومة النظافة الشاملة يعد أحد أهم أولويات محافظة البحيرة حيث تم اطلاق حملات متنوعة لتحسين البيئة وزيادة الوعي المجتمعي، للعمل على تطوير البنية التحتية لجمع ونقل القمامة لتحقيق بيئة نظيفة
