شاركت جامعة الفرات الأوسط التقنية في ورشة دولية حول تطوير التدريب القائم على العمل، ضمن إطار مشروع “تواصل”. وقد مثّل الجامعة في الورشة كل من رئيس الجامعة، الأستاذ الدكتور حسن لطيف الزبيدي، والمساعد العلمي لرئيس الجامعة، الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد غانم وداي.
جمعت الورشة الجامعات التقنية الأربع ومديريات التدريب المهني مع ممثلين عن شركات القطاع الخاص. وتم خلال الورشة عرض الإنجازات والشراكات مع القطاع الخاص، بالإضافة إلى البرامج التدريبية التي تديرها شعبة التأهيل والتوظيف والمتابعة في الجامعة. وقد نالت برامج الجامعة في التأهيل والتوظيف إشادة المشاركين، إلى جانب دورها في تعزيز التدريب القائم على العمل وتشجيع ريادة الأعمال.
كما تناولت الورشة التحديات التي تواجهها الشركات ومساهماتها في توظيف الشباب. وتم الاتفاق على تنظيم فعاليات مشتركة تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب من الجنسين، وتزويدهم بمهارات متقدمة لزيادة فرصهم في الحصول على وظائف في مجالات واعدة.
