حكم نهائي للإسماعيلي بتخفيض عقوبة بن خماسة
أصدرت المحكمة الرياضية “كاس”، قرارًا نهائيًا في الاستئناف المقدم من المحامي السويسري ألكسندر روفنين، وكيلاً عن النادي الإسماعيلي، ضد الحكم الصادر لصالح اللاعب الجزائري محمد بن خماسة.
وقررت كاس تسديد النادي الإسماعيلي للاعب مبلغ قدره 373 ألف دولار أمريكي فقط لا غير.
واستأنف الإسماعيلي يوم 19 سبتمبر 2023 ضد القرار الصادر من غرفة تسوية المنازعات بالاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم “فيفا”، بتاريخ 20 يوليو 2023، والذي كان يلزم النادي الإسماعيلي بمنح اللاعب مبلغ يقارب مليون و900 ألف دولار أمريكي، لتقرر المحكمة في حكمها النهائي بتخفيض المبلغ ليصبح 373 ألف دولار فقط لا غير.
