لدعم مسيرة القطاع الناجحة والإستمرارية في حصد الجوائز والبطولات المحلية والقارية والدولية.
ويعد الكابتن ممدوح خليفة من أبرز مدربي اللياقة البدنية بمصر ويمتلك خبرات ومميزات علمية وفنية متعددة اكتسبها من خلال العمل في أكثر من نادي ومؤسسة وطنية داخل مصر وبالمملكة العربية السعودية من قبل وهذا ما جعل الكابتن حمدي الصافي المشرف العام على قطاع لعبة الكرة الطائرة بالنادي يسعى لضمة لكتيبة المدربين بالقطاع لرفع كفاءة الأجهزة الفنية بالنادي.
وقطاع الكرة الطائرة بالنادي الأهلي بمختلف أعماره السنية ـ بنين وبنات ـ نجح هذا الموسم في الفوز بأغلب البطولات التي نظمها اتحاد اللعبة المصري بعدما تصدرت فرق النادي المراكز الأولى في أغلب المسابقات السنية .
ونظرًا لنتائج «طائرة الأهلي» والموسم الطيب الذي قدمه القطاع قام الاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة بإبراز النتائج الرائعة لفرق الطائرة في الأهلي من خلال منشور رسمي أصدره لجميع المسابقات في مختلف المراحل السنية يظهر من خلاله تفوق فرق القلعة الحمراء في مختلف الأعمار بمختلف منافسات البطولات..
وتأتي النتائج المتميزة لفرق الناشئين بالنادى بفضل توفيق الله و السياسة التي انتهجها مجلس الإدارة برئاسة الكابتن محمود الخطيب في الاعتماد على أبناء النادي وتطوير القطاع بإتباع وتوفير أفضل التقنيات الحديثة في عالم التدريب من أجل خدمة فريقي الدرجة الأولى ـ رجال وسيدات ومدهما بالمواهب التي يحتاجها من خلال قطاع الناشئين بالنادى وهو ما ساعد النادي بالحفاظ على قمة اللعبة محليا وقاريا على مستوى الرجال والسيدات رغم احتراف ورحيل العديد من نجوم ومواهب الفريق بالمواسم السابقة .
