المشدد 15 سنة لـ 7 متهمين بقتل شخص والشروع في قتل نجله بالصف
قضت محكمة جنايات جنوب الجيزة، بالسجن المشدد 15 عاما، على 7 متهمين، بتهمتي القتل العمد لشخص مع سبق الإصرار، والشروع في قتل نجله بقسم شرطة الصف.
وجاء في أمر إحالة في القضية رقم 17804 لسنة 2017 جنايات فئة، أن المتهم “م.س” – 17 سنة – عامل مقيم بالطبقة بالجيزة “س.س” يعمل سباك – 18 سنة – مقيم بالصف. فئة بالجيزة “AS” SA، MS، SS، وHA، في 26 سبتمبر 2017، قتلت المجني عليه “RM” عمدا مع سبق الإصرار.
كما أقدموا على قتل المجني عليه «ح.ر» عمداً مع سبق الإصرار والترصد، حيث توافرت لديهم النية والتصميم على قتله، على خلفية خلافات سابقة بين العائلتين.
كما حيازة وحيازة أسلحة نارية (بندقية آلية) لا يجوز الترخيص بحيازتها أو حيازتها، على النحو المبين بالتحقيقات.
كما حوزوا وحازوا الذخيرة المستعملة في السلاح الناري المذكور – موضوع التهمة السابقة، والتي لا يجوز الترخيص بحيازتها أو حيازتها، على ما تبين من التحقيقات.
