الخزانة الأمريكية تتوعد بخطوات جديدة للحد من صادرات النفط الروسية
أعلن نائب وزير الخزانة الأميركي، والي أدييمو، أن واشنطن ستتخذ خطوات “لفرض تكاليف إضافية” على روسيا لمنعها من تصدير النفط.
وقال أدييمو خلال مؤتمر صحفي اليوم الخميس: “الآن نركز الاهتمام على ضمان الالتزام بالسقف السعري بشكله الحالي، فضلا عن اتخاذ خطوات إضافية لغرض زيادة التكاليف على روسيا، حتى تحصل على إيرادات أقل لتمويل الحرب.”
وأضاف المسؤول: “هدفنا هو تحويل الاهتمام من إيراداتهم، التي كانت عند سقف 60 دولارًا للبرميل، إلى التركيز على تكاليفها”، مضيفًا أن واشنطن تريد أن تحصل روسيا على أقل قدر ممكن من الإيرادات.
وأشار أدييمو إلى أن روسيا، استجابة للقيود الغربية، أنشأت منظوماتها الخاصة لتأمين السفن الخاصة بنقل المشتقات النفطية بحرا، وزادت عدد الناقلات لتصدير الوقود.
يشار إلى أن دول مجموعة السبع والاتحاد الأوروبي وأستراليا فرضت سقفا على أسعار النفط الروسي عند مستوى 60 دولارا للبرميل في ديسمبر 2022، وفي فبراير 2023 على المشتقات النفطية عند مستوى يتراوح بين 45 و100 دولار.
ورفضت روسيا الالتزام بالسقف السعري المفروض عليها.
