رئيس الوزراء يتابع جهود وزارة التعاون الدولى لتوفير التمويلات الإنمائية المُيسرة المرتبطة بالمناخ
اجتمع الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، مساء اليوم، مع الدكتورة رانيا المشاط، وزيرة التعاون الدولي. لاستعراض آخر نتائج جهود الوزارة بشأن توفير التمويل التنموي الميسر المتعلق بالمناخ والذي يحفز القطاع الخاص في إطار المنصة الوطنية المصرية “برنامج نوفي”، بحضور عدد من مسؤولي الوزارة.
وسلط وزير التعاون الدولي، خلال اللقاء، الضوء على عدد من محاور العمل في برنامج “NOVI”، بدءاً بإطلاق هذه المنصة الوطنية، بالإضافة إلى الحلول التمويلية المبتكرة ودعم تنفيذ البرنامج، بالإضافة إلى الحديث حول نتائج مؤتمر الأطراف COP27 حول تغير المناخ والتحالفات الدولية، كما تناولت محور الارتباط بين مختلف القطاعات التي يعمل ضمنها البرنامج، وكذلك الإطار الزمني المخطط للبرنامج، الإنجازات التي تحققت لكل محور من محاور هذا البرنامج.
وفي هذا السياق تحدثت الدكتورة رانيا المشاط عن أبرز ملامح البرنامج الذي يتناول محور العلاقة بين المياه والغذاء والطاقة، والحلول التمويلية المبتكرة، والإطار العام للجهود ذات الصلة، من خلال المنح. منصة لدعم مشاريع البرنامج، والتمويل التنموي الميسر من صناديق التمويل، وتعظيم الشراكات.
كما استعرضت الوزيرة أهم المخرجات المتعلقة بالمشروعات والتمويل في إطار المنصة الوطنية المصرية لبرنامج NOVI خلال مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للأطراف COP27. كما تناولت محور الطاقة والتمويلات الموجهة لهذا المحور وكذلك طلبات التمويل له في إطار البرنامج. كما تطرق الوزير إلى المحور الغذائي ومناقشة التأهيل الفني لمشروعاته. التعهدات المقدمة لمشاريع هذا المحور المهم، وكذلك التعهدات المقدمة لمحور المياه والنقل المستدام.
