في إطار المبادرات الرئاسية… القومي للمرأة بالمنيا يواصل برامج تمكين المرأة لتنمية المجتمع

تابع اللواء أسامة القاضي محافظ المنيا، جهود وأنشطة فرع المجلس القومي للمرأة، والمشاركة في فعاليات المبادرة الوطنية لتمكين الفتيات “دوي”، التي تحظى برعاية كريمة من السيدة انتصار السيسي قرينة فخامة رئيس الجمهورية، وذلك ضمن المشروع القومي لتنمية الأسرة المصرية، حيث تنفذ المبادرة بالتعاون بين المجلس القومي للمرأة و منظمة يونيسف مصر، ووحدات تكافؤ الفرص في وزارة التربية والتعليم، بهدف صقل خبرات الفتيات في مراحل حياتهن الأولى.
من جانبها، أشارت الدكتورة منال أبو سمرة مقرر فرع المجلس القومي للمرأة إلى أن المبادرة الوطنية انطلقت بمدارس المحافظة حيث استهدفت 1000 طالبة تم تدريبهن على إدارة عدد من دوائر الحكي ومشاركة مجموعة من التجارب وكذلك التعلم الرقمي وتنفيذ حوار الأجيال بين الفتيات وأمهاتهن وإدارة حوار مجتمعي من خلال نوادي المشاهدة، والوصول إلى آلاف الفتيات في المدارس ومراكز الشباب والجامعات، لمساعدتهن في الحصول على المهارات والخبرات وتمكينهن داخل مجتمعاتهن المحلية.
وعلى صعيد آخر، واصل فرع المجلس تنفيذ فعاليات الحملة الممتدة لطرق الأبواب تحت عنوان “بلدي أمانة”، حيث تم تنظيم 2500 زيارة في قرى ( دهروط – نزلة دهروط – بلهاسة – نزلة بنى خلف -بنى حرام -الناصرية -نزلة الحسايبة-بنى خالد -ابو قلتة -ميانه -ملاطية -صنيم ) واستهدفت الحملة 11 ألف و 400 من السيدات والرجال والأطفال.
كما عقد فرع المجلس بالتعاون مع مؤسسة كير مصر للتنمية وإدارة المنيا التعليمية، دورة تدريبية ضمن مشروع “معا للقضاء على العنف ضد الطفلة والفتاة” لمديري المدارس والاخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين بمدارس (ناصف الاعدادية بنين- طه حسين الإعدادية-الاتحاد الاعدادية بنين -المنيا الاعدادية بنات – السادات الاعدادية بنات) حيث استهدف 100 طالب وطالبة في كل مدرسة، وتناول التدريب مجموعة من الموضوعات من أهمها ( النظرة الإيجابية للذات والثقة في القدرات والإمكانيات – مهارات التواصل وحل المشكلات- القدرة على إدارة الانفعالات والاندفاعات – تقبل التغيير – اكتشاف الذات – إقامة علاقات صحية مع الآخرين- الحدود الصحية).
