انعقدت يوم الأربعاء في باكو عاصمة أذربيجان الجلسة الأولى من المشاورات السياسية بين الجزائر وأذربيجان، وترأسها بشكل مشترك الأمين العام لوزارة الخارجية الجزائرية لوناس موكرمان ونائب وزير خارجية أذربيجان المكلف بالشرق الأوسط. الشرق وأفريقيا، يالتشين رافييف.
وبحسب بيان لوزارة الخارجية الجزائرية، فإن هذه الجلسة الأولى من المشاورات السياسية تأتي بعد توقيع البلدين على الاتفاقية الثنائية المنشئة لها في أغسطس 2022.
وأضاف البيان أن الطرفين استعرضا واقع العلاقات الثنائية وآفاق تعزيزها في ضوء خطة العمل الطموحة التي اتفق رئيسا الدبلوماسية في البلدين على العمل عليها خلال زيارة وزير الخارجية الجزائري أحمد عطاف. إلى باكو في يوليو الماضي، والتي تضع على رأس أولوياتها تعزيز الآليات المؤسسية لتعزيز التعاون الثنائي. .
