تنظر الدائرة الثانية إرهاب، المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم بدر، اليوم الخميس، برئاسة المستشار حمادة الصاوي، إعادة محاكمة أحد المتهمين في أحداث المنيب.
وتنعقد الجلسة بعضوية المستشارين محمد عمار، ورأفت زكي، والدكتور علي عمارة، وأمانة السيد حجاج ومحمد السعيد..
ووجهت النيابة للمتهمين عدة تهم، من بينها عرض القوة والتجمهر، وتدمير الممتلكات العامة والخاصة، وترويع المواطنين، وحيازة أسلحة وذخائر بهدف الدعوة إلى تعطيل أحكام الدستور والقوانين، ومنع مؤسسات الدولة و السلطات العامة عن مباشرة أعمالها، والاعتداء على الحرية الشخصية للمواطنين والحقوق والحريات العامة، والإضرار بالوحدة الوطنية والسلام. اجتماعي.
عقوبة التحريض على التظاهر
ونصت المادة 18 من القانون على عقوبة الحبس من 3 إلى 15 سنة والغرامة من 100 إلى 200 ألف جنيه أو بإحدى العقوبتين، كل من عرض أو حصل على مبالغ نقدية أو أي منفعة مقابل تنظيم التظاهرات أو تسيير المواكب. أو التوسط أو التحريض على العمل. المظاهرات.

وينص القانون في المادة 19 على أنه يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة ولا تزيد على كل من خالف قواعد التظاهر المنصوص عليها في القانون سواء كان ذلك للإخلال بالأمن أو تعطيل الإنتاج أو الدعوة إلى الإخلال بالمصلحة العامة. 5 سنوات أو غرامة من 50 إلى 100 ألف جنيه أو بإحدى العقوبتين. المواطنون والمرافق والمواصلات أو قطع الطريق.
