إزالة 22 حالة تعد على الأراضى الزراعية وأملاك الدولة بالبحيرة
أطلقت الأجهزة التنفيذية بالبحيرة حملات مكثفة لإزالة التعديات على الأراضي الزراعية وأملاك الدولة بجميع قرى المحافظة. وأسفرت هذه الحملات، التي نفذتها الوحدات المحلية داخل مراكز محافظة البحيرة، عن إزالة 22 حالة تعدي غير قانوني بمساحة 2300 متر مربع.
وتأتي هذه الحملات الرصدية في إطار الجهود التي تقوم بها المحافظة لإزالة التعديات ومنع أي تعديات جديدة بشكل كامل وإزالتها فوراً في المهد.
كما تأتي هذه الحملات وفق التعاون بين كافة الجهات المعنية وتفعيل كافة الإجراءات التي من شأنها تذليل عقبات التنفيذ للحفاظ على حق الدولة وحماية الأراضي الزراعية والالتزام ببذل أقصى الجهود والتعامل بحسم مع القرارات الفورية للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة.
من جانبها، أكدت الدكتورة نهال بلبع، نائب محافظ البحيرة، أن فرق المتغيرات المكانية تعمل على مدار الساعة بالتنسيق مع كافة الجهات المعنية لرصد كافة أعمال البناء المخالفة، وسيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد المخالفين، وعقوبة المخالفين. والتي قد تصل إلى السجن.
