كشفت قناة “إكسترا نيوز” عن إنجازات الدولة في المدن الجديدة وتطوير المناطق غير الآمنة، من خلال تقرير إعلامي عرضته القناة.
وأوضحت أن الدولة نجحت عام 2021 في تطوير كافة المناطق غير الآمنة وعددها 357، بالإضافة إلى إطلاق مشروع “الإسكان لكل المصريين” بمبادرة من رئيس الجمهورية.
وأنشأت الدولة 500 ألف وحدة سكنية في المدن والمحافظات الكبرى، واستكملت تنفيذ 612 ألف وحدة سكنية عام 2022، تم تسليم نحو 500 ألف وحدة منها. تطوير 53 منطقة غير آمنة بمساحة 4616 فدانًا حتى عام 2020 بتكلفة 318 مليار جنيه، وطرح أكثر من 700 ألف وحدة سكنية لمحدودي الدخل، تم تسليم أكثر من 420 ألف وحدة منها حتى مايو 2022.
وأشار التقرير إلى توجيه بتخصيص 10.2 مليار جنيه للإسكان الاجتماعي في الموازنة الجديدة 2023-2024، كما تعمل الدولة على إنشاء 26 مدينة ذكية من الجيل الرابع لاستيعاب 30 مليون نسمة في 18 محافظة.
