أصدر الدكتور مصطفى مدبولى رئيس الوزراء قرارًا جديد يلزم الأجانب المتقدمين للادارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة والجنسية للحصول على إقامة للسياحة وغير السياحة بتقديم إيصال يفيد بتحويلهم مايعادل رسوم الإقامة أو غرامات التخلف أو تكاليف إصدار بطاقة الإقامة بالدولار أو مايعادله من العملات الأجنبية ومن خلال أحد البنوك أو شركات الصرافة المعتمدة.
وكذا إلزام الأجانب بالبلاد بصورة غير شرعية بتوفيق أوضاعهم وتقنين إقامتهم شريطة وجود مستضيف مصري مقابل إيداع مصروفات إداريه تعادل ١٠٠٠ دولار بالحساب المخصص بالبنوك المصرية.
