البدء فى تنفيذ ٥٥ ألف وحدة سكنية جديدة بالمبادرة الرئاسية “سكن لكل المصريين” بمدينة أكتوبر الجديدة

صرح وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية د. عاصم الجزار، بأنه تم البدء في تنفيذ ٥٥ ألف وحدة سكنية جديدة ضمن المرحلة السادسة من المبادرة الرئاسية سكن لكل المصريين – محور منخفضي الدخل، بمنطقة غرب المطار بمدينة أكتوبر الجديدة، والمقسمة لـ3 قطاعات (أ – ب – ج) بمساحات تتجاوز الـ3 آلاف فدان، بتكلفة إجمالية تصل إلى ٣١ مليار جنيه.
وأكد د. عاصم الجزار، أن ذلك يأتي في إطار سياسة الدولة نحو توفير المسكن الملائم، والحياة الكريمة للمواطنين بمختلف شرائح الدخل، وضبط العمران، والتخطيط الجيد لتنمية المناطق الحديثة، بجانب المساهمة في توفير فرص عمل بالمشروعات القومية التي تنفذها الدولة.
جاء ذلك خلال متابعة وزير الإسكان، لسير العمل بعددٍ من المشروعات الجاري تنفيذها بمدينة أكتوبر الجديدة، حيث شدد الوزير، على المتابعة الدقيقة لمعدلات تنفيذ المشروعات، ومراعاة الجودة والمواصفات الفنية أثناء التنفيذ، بجانب تكثيف العمالة والمعدات بمواقع العمل، والانتهاء من المشروعات في مواعيدها المقررة.
