أفادت وسائل إعلام فلسطينية بسقوط 4 شهداء، بينهم مدير معبر كرم أبو سالم، جراء استهداف طائرات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي منشآت المعبر أثناء عملهم، بحسب ما ذكرته القاهرة نيوز.
وقالت منظمة الصحة العالمية إنها وثقت نحو 493 اعتداء على العاملين في مجال الرعاية الصحية في الأراضي الفلسطينية، أدت إلى مقتل 500 شخص وإصابة نحو 700 آخرين منذ 7 أكتوبر الماضي.
وأضافت منظمة الصحة العالمية، خلال مؤتمر صحفي، اليوم الخميس، أنه لا يوجد مستشفى عامل في شمال غزة بعد خروج المستشفى المعمداني عن الخدمة، داعية إلى احترام القانون الدولي وإدخال الوقود إلى مستشفيات قطاع غزة لمنع وفاة المرضى هناك.
وأكدت المنظمة أنها لم تر أي دليل على استخدام المستشفيات لأغراض عسكرية، وأضافت: “نشدد على أهمية التوصل إلى وقف إنساني لإطلاق النار لجلب الوقود والأطباء من أجل إجراء العمليات وإنقاذ حياة الناس في غزة. “
في غضون ذلك، قالت وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية، إن مئات الجرحى يستشهدون بسبب انقطاع الخدمة في مجمع الشفاء.
