100 ألف جنيه غرامة لمن يمارس مهنة التكنولوجيا دون التقيد بجداول النقابة
ويتضمن قانون نقابة التقنيين عقوبات على مزاولة المهنة دون القيد في جداول النقابة المقرر إنشاؤها وفقا لمشروع القانون الذي أقره مجلس النواب بمجموعه خلال جلسته العامة الأخيرة.
ووفقاً للقانون: “مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد في أي قانون آخر، يعاقب كل من زاول المهنة دون أن يكون مسجلاً في الجدول العام للنقابة وفي أحد سجلاتها أو حاصلاً على ترخيص مؤقت بمزاولة المهنة”. ويعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه». “.
