الدفاع اللبناني: إنقاذ مواطنين احتجزتهم السيول داخل المباني في بيروت
أعلنت مديرية الدفاع المدني اللبناني أن عناصرها من كافة الوحدات البرية والبحرية تمكنوا من إنقاذ مواطنين حوصروا بسبب السيول داخل المباني السكنية، كما تم سحب العديد من السيارات التي حاصرتها السيول في منطقة الكرنتينا بالعاصمة بيروت بسبب لارتفاع منسوب المياه بسبب إغلاق منفذ النهر بسبب غزارة الأمطار..
وأوضح الدفاع المدني اللبناني أنه تم التأكد من سلامة المواطنين العالقين على سطح أحد المباني، وعملت زوارق الإنقاذ البحري على نقلهم إلى بر الأمان. ولم تسجل أي إصابات باستثناء جريح واحد تم نقله إلى المستشفى بواسطة سيارة إسعاف الدفاع المدني..
ويواصل أفراد الدفاع المدني العمل على ضمان السلامة العامة في الموقع، وانتشال السيارات التي غرقت بسبب السيول بكل الإمكانيات المتاحة لهم..
