خدمات تهمك.. إجراءات طلب استخراج شهادة سداد غرامات المبانى
شهدت محافظة سوهاج مشروع تطوير وميكنة الخدمات الحكومية وهو أحد المشروعات القومية التي تهدف في المقام الأول إلى رفع مستوى أداء كافة الخدمات العامة المقدمة للمواطنين، وتسهيل الحصول على الخدمة إلكترونيا وفي أسرع وأقصر وقت ممكن، تقليل زمن تقديم الخدمة وتبسيط الإجراءات وتحقيق الشفافية في التعامل. بالإضافة إلى تفعيل مبدأ الفصل بين مقدم الخدمة وطالب الخدمة مما يخلق بيئة عمل مناسبة بعيدة عن التعرض لأي عامل من عوامل الفساد.
«اليوم السابع» يعرض في التقرير التالي المستندات المطلوبة لطلب شهادة تفيد سداد مخالفات البناء.
الأوراق والمستندات المطلوبة..
1- وثيقة تثبت هوية مقدم الطلب ونسخة من الوكالة في حالة الوكالة (للمراجعة).
2- صورة من الحكم القضائي (إن وجد).
– 3نسخة من إيصال دفع الغرامة (إن وجد).
4 – إيصال بسداد المبالغ المستحقة على الشهادة.
