ندوة توعوية بعنوان .. التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة ونشرثقافة العمل الحر بمركز أبو قرقاص

نظمت وحدة تكافؤ الفرص بإدارة المرأة والأمومة والطفولة بديوان عام المحافظة ندوة توعوية حول ” التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة ونشرثقافة العمل الحر” تحت شعار “قرية آمنة خالية من العنف ضد المرأة”، ضمن المبادرة الرئاسية حياة كريمة، بقرية أبيوها، بمركز أبو قرقاص بالتعاون مع مديرية العمل بالمنيا والمجلس القومي للمرأة فرع المنيا ٠
وذلك في ضوء تنفيذ التكليفات الصادرة من اللواء أسامة القاضي محافظ المنيا، لدعم وتمكين المرأة، وتعميم تجربتي محافظتي أسوان ودمياط “مدينة خالية من العنف ضد النساء”، الحائزتين على جائزة اليونسكو عام 2022 ، بتفعيل الدور التوعوي للأسر المصرية فى المناطق النائية و القرى الأكثر احتياجا .
حضر فعاليات الندوة فاطمة الزهراء على مديرة وحدة تكافؤ الفرص بالمحافظة ، محمد صلاح وكيل مديرية العمل بالمنيا ، أيمن جابر الجزار مدير ادارة بحوث العمالة والتدريب بمديرية العمل بالمنيا ، عزة الجندى مديرة قسم الامومة والطفولة بمديرية العمل ، د. دعاء شلقامى عضوالمجلس القومى للمرأة ، على عبد الحكيم رئيس الوحدة القروية بابيوها ٠
من جانبها، أوضحت مديرة وحدة تكافؤ الفرص بالمحافظة، أن اللقاء يستهدف المرأة والشباب الراغب فى إقامة مشروع اقتصادي حر، لخلق فرص عمل للسيدات والشباب وذلك للتأكيد على حرص الدولة في دعم ومساندة المرأة من خلال تعريفها بطرق دعم هذه المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
وأوضحت د.دعاء شلقامى دور المجلس القومى للمرأه ومكان المجلس القومى للمرأة ومكتب شكوى المرأة والخط الساخن للمجلس القومى للمرأة ١٥١١٥.
وأوضح ا.ايمن الجزار مدير ادارة بحوث العمالة والتدريب بمديرية العمل بالمنيا، أنه تم ختام البرنامج التدريبى على مهنة التفصيل والحياكة بمبادرة (مهنتك مستقبلك) لعدد ٢٠ متدربه ، بوحدة التدريب المتنقلة المتواجدة بقرية أبيوها، من خلال اختبار نظرى وعملى، مؤكدا على توفير فرص عمل مناسبة للسيدات بالمنشآت العاملة في المحافظة.
وأشار ا.محمد صلاح إلى إمكانية إلتحاق السيدات والشباب بالبرامج التدريبية المجانية التي توفرها المديرية، من خلال التوجه إلى إدارة بحوث العمالة والتدريب، أو من خلال مقر مراكز التدريب المهنى الثابتة التابعة للمديرية داخل المحافظة، لمن هم فى سن 18 إلى 45 سنة.
