جنايات القاهرة : إحالة أوراق عاطل للمفتي بقتل شاب بمنطقة شبرا

قضت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، المنعقدة في مجمع محاكم العباسية، بإحالة أوراق متهم لمفتي الجمهورية لأخذ الرأي الشرعي في إعدامه، لإدانته بقتل شاب لخلافات بينهما في منطقة شبرا.
تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن القاهرة بلاغا من المستشفى باستقبال جثة المجني عليه وتوفي في الحال إثر إصابته بطعنات متفرقة تسببت في توقف عضلة القلب ووفاته.
وبالانتقال لمحل الواقعة، تبين نشوب مشاجرة بين المتهم والمجني عليه إثر خلافات بينهما، وعلى أثرها أصابه بطعنات متفرقة.
وبعمل التحريات والإجراءات اللازمة، تم التوصل إلى المتهم، وبإعداد الأكمنة اللازمة، تمكنت قوات الأمن بمديرية أمن القاهرة من ضبط المتهم، وبمواجهته اعترف بارتكاب الواقعة وأن خلافات بينهما السبب في ارتكاب الواقعة، وتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
