في صخب الحياة وضجيجها تحتاج إلى هدوء
هدوء يكسو المكان وقارا ، ويبعث في النفس استقرارا ..
ابدأ يومك بابتسامة هادئة
صَلِّ بهدوء
سِر بخطواتٍ هادئة
انظر إلى السماء وتأمل بهدوء
اهمس في أذن من تحب بهدوء
فكر بهدوء
اعمل بهدوء
مارس حياتك بهدوء
حقق إنجازاتك الكبيرة بهدوء
تسمو روحك وتحلق في سماء النجاح بهدوء
إن احترت فالزم الهدوء
إن غضبت عليك بالهدوء
إن أخفقتَ أو فَشِلْتَ أو وقعتَ أو كَبَوْت فَتَحَلَّ بالهدوء
الهدوء يعلمك كيف تعيش ، وكيف تُقْبِلُ على الحياة متفائلا ، وكيف تتجاوز المواقف والمصاعب بهدوء ..
الهدوء يكسوك ثوب وقار جميل يراه الناس ، وتشعُرُ أنتَ به
ويصنع فيك سكينة يحبها الله
ويزرع حولك أزهاراً وبساتين من الأمل المتدفق والعطاء المنطلق
هدوؤك ينطق ، ويسمعه كل من حولك ، يترنمون له ، ويطربون به ..
هدوؤك يقول ، وهو أحياناً أبلغ من حديث وضجيج
