تفقد الفريق / أحمد خليفة رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة إحدى وحدات التدريب الأساسى للمجندين بالقوات المسلحة ، وذلك فى إطار حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على متابعة منظومة الإعداد والتأهيل العسكرى للجنود المستجدين والإطمئنان على الفرد المقاتل إدارياً ومعنوياً وتدريبياً منذ إنضمامه للقوات المسلحة .
بدأت الجولة بالمرور على عدد من الأنشطة والتمارين الرياضية التى ينفذها أفراد القوات المسلحة يومياً بما يسهم فى الحفاظ على معدلات اللياقة البدنية فى أعلى مستوياتها .
كما إلتقى رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة بالجنود المستجدين ونقل لهم تحيات وتقدير الفريق أول / عبد المجيد صقر القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى ، مؤكداً حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على رعاية الفرد المقاتل وتوفير كافة الإمكانيات لضخ دماء جديدة من خيرة الشباب المصرى المؤهل علمياً وبدنياً ومعنوياً لتحمل مسئولية الدفاع عن الوطن وصون مقدساته .
وأشار إلى أهمية تفهم الجندى لمهامه التى يكلف بها منذ لحظة إنضمامه الأولى للحياة العسكرية والتى ترتكز على الإنضباط العسكرى الذاتى والتدريب الجاد وفقاً لمنظومة الإعداد والتأهيل المتطورة ، وأوصاهم بالحفاظ على المستوى المتميز والثقة العالية بالنفس والتمسك بالمبادئ والقيم الأصيلة للعسكرية المصرية ، كما شاركهم تناول وجبة الإفطار .
أعقب ذلك قيام الفريق / أحمد خليفة بتفقد العملية التعليمية والحالة الإدارية ومنظومة التدريب التى يتم تطويرها وتحديثها بما يتناسب مع تطور نظم وأساليب القتال الحديثة ، معرباً عن تقديره لكافة القادة والضباط وضباط الصف المنوطين بإعداد وتأهيل المجندين للحياة العسكرية بما يضمن قدرتهم على آداء الواجب الوطنى بكل فخر وإعتزاز .
