شركه روسكا جروب لتنظيم الجمعيات وصاحبها احمد فؤاد وزوجته شيماء من بني سويف بقريه الميمون تقاعسوا في السداد عن جمعيات واعطاء المواطنين حقهم وبعد عدة اشهر قاموا المواطنين بعمل محضر لهم وكان عددهم تقريبا 700 شخص وتم القبض علي 6 من الشركه في قسم اول اكتوبر واخذوا استمرار 45 يوم وحاول محامي الشئون القانونيه لديهم ويدعي اسمه السيد محمد عطا عميرة بمحاوله مساومه اعضاء الذين رفعوا القضيه باعطائهم 50% من حقهم وتنازل ولكن كل محاولاته فشلت فارجو من السادة المسؤلين التدخل العاجل لوقف النصب علي مواطنين ووقف الابليكيشن لمنع ضحايا جدد ورد الحق لاصحابه والمتضررين علي استعداد تام بدفع جذاء من مبالغهم لصندوق تحيا مصر مع العلم ان الشركه مرخصه بشركه مساهمه مصريه ويدعوا انهم تحتالبنك المركزي برقم رخصه س ت 30206 ب ض 752-689-959 ورقم القضيه احوال 23 بتاريخ 5/9/2024
