حصد المونتير عمرو عاكف جائزة أفضل مونتير لعام 2024 من مهرجان ملتقى نجم العرب في دورته الأولى ، بعد تقديمه العديد من الأعمال الفنية المميزة منها فيلم ” الاسكندراني ” بطولة النجم أحمد العوضي ، فيلم “شقو” ، بطولة النجم عمرو يوسف ومحمد ممدوح ، ومن جانبه أعرب عمرو عاكف عن سعادته بهذا التكريم ، حيث نشر عبر حسابه الشخصي بموقع التواصل الإجتماعى فيسبوك صورته بالتكريم ، وعلق عليها قائلا :

وفي وقت سابق كشف المونتير عمرو عاكف العديد من المفاجآت عن جرافيك فيلم “الإسكندراني” ، بطولة النجم أحمد العوضي ، وتأليف الكاتب الراحل أسامة أنور عكاشة وإخراج خالد يوسف .
ونشر عاكف عبر حسابه الشخصي بموقع التواصل الإجتماعى فيسبوك فيديو يكشف فيه جميع الخدع البصرية التي تمت على فيلم الإسكندراني ، والتي مثلت مفاجأة كبيرة للجمهور ، لدقتها وحرفيتها العالي كأنها حقيقية .
