احذر حرق المخلفات الزراعية بأسيوط.. عقوبات ومحاضر وغرامات مالية تنتظر المخالفين
ووضعت محافظة أسيوط خطة لمواجهة حرق المخلفات الزراعية في الهواء الطلق للحد من هذه الظاهرة والحفاظ على البيئة من أي انبعاثات ضارة ناتجة عن حرق المخلفات الزراعية في الهواء الطلق، وذلك في إطار الحرص على التحسين البيئي والتنموي والمجتمعي.
وفي هذه النقاط نوضح الإجراءات التي اتخذتها المحافظة، والعقوبات المطبقة على المخالفين:
1- التنسيق الكامل بين البيئة وكافة الوحدات المحلية من المراكز والأحياء والجهات التنفيذية لمواجهة تلوث الهواء الناتج عن حرق المخلفات الزراعية
2- التواجد الميداني وتكثيف الحملات الليلية لمنع حرق مخلفات الذرة مع تطبيق العقوبات المنصوص عليها في هذا الشأن.
3- ضبط المخالفات من خلال الحملات المستمرة تحت إشراف رؤساء المدن والمراكز وبالتنسيق مع الزراعة لضبط أي حالات حرق مخلفات.
4- توجيه الحملات بشكل دوري ليلاً ونهاراً بهدف المحافظة على البيئة من التلوث
5- وضع خطة للاستفادة الصحيحة من النفايات لخدمة المجتمع والبيئة من خلال إعادة تدويرها وتحويلها إلى سماد عضوي وأعلاف عضوية.
6- إصدار بلاغات فورية للمخالفين واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية بحقهم
7- تكثيف الحملات التوعوية من خلال الزراعة والوحدات المحلية والبيئة وعقد ندوات لتوعية المزارعين بمخاطر حرق المخلفات على أنفسهم وأسرهم وتعريفهم بإمكانية فرم المخلفات من خلال آلات التقطيع التي توفرها المحافظة.
8- توزيع العشرات من المروحيات على قرى ومراكز المحافظة لتقطيع المخلفات الزراعية والتخلص منها بشكل آمن دون الإضرار بالبيئة والصحة العامة للمواطنين والقضاء على الحرق المكشوف.
9- فرض غرامات مالية على المخالفين وتحرير محاضر وإحالة المخالفين إلى النيابة العامة.
