محافظ الإسكندرية رفع 79 ألف طن مخلفات صلبة على مستوى الأحياء
وشدد اللواء محمد الشريف محافظ الإسكندرية، على كافة الجهات التنفيذية بالمحافظة، على ضرورة شن حملات واسعة ومفاجئة ودورية على المحلات التجارية والمطاعم والمقاهي للتأكد من التزامها بقواعد النظافة العامة. ووجه إدارة الرقابة والرصد البيئي بالاهتمام بإزالة النفايات في أسرع وقت ممكن، وتكثيف أعمال النظافة حول المدارس، وإزالة مخلفات الأشجار.
وأوضح المحافظ؛ وبلغ إجمالي وزن النفايات الصلبة المجمعة من كافة الأحياء خلال شهر سبتمبر نحو 79 ألف طن، كما بلغت النفايات الطبية المجمعة نحو 324 كيلو جراماً، لافتاً إلى أن إدارة الرقابة والرصد البيئي بالمحافظة، وبالتنسيق مع نفذت إدارة شرطة البيئة والمسطحات المائية، خلال الشهر الجاري، حملات واسعة ضد المنشآت التجارية التي لم تطبق الاشتراطات البيئية. وأسفرت الحملات عن تحرير 41 بلاغاً للحد من المخالفات البيئية في مناطق سابا باشا (حي الشرق) – المحمودية (حي الشرق – المنطقة الوسطى) – الطريق الصحراوي (حي العامرية أول – ثاني).
ومن جانبها؛ وأشارت المهندسة رشا شوقي مدير عام إدارة الرقابة والرصد البيئي بالمحافظة إلى أن هناك تنسيق كامل مع كافة الجهات التنفيذية لإطلاق حملات رقابية على المحلات التجارية والمؤسسات التجارية للتأكد من التزامها بقواعد النظافة العامة وتوفر أماكن للتواجد فيها. النفايات تفريغ.
