"حكاية وطن".. زيادة الحدين الأدنى والأقصى لأجر الاشتراك التأمينى
وفي إطار العمل على تحسين دخل أصحاب المعاشات، بدأت الهيئة القومية للتأمين الاجتماعي اعتباراً من بداية عام 2023، رفع الحد الأدنى لأجر الاشتراك التأميني ليصبح 1700 جنيه بدلاً من 1400 جنيه. كما رفع الحد الأقصى لأجور الاشتراك في التأمين إلى 10900 جنيه بدلا من 9400 جنيه.
ويأتي قرار رفع الحدين الأدنى والأقصى لأجر الاشتراك التأميني تنفيذا لأحكام قانون التأمين والمعاشات الجديد الصادر بالقانون رقم 148 لسنة 2019، والذي تضمن آلية سنوية لزيادة هذين الحدين، في إطار تنفيذ محاور إصلاح نظام التأمينات الاجتماعية بهدف تحسين قيمة معاشات المؤمن عليه عند انتهاء خدمته واستحقاقه للمعاش. .
وحظي ملف الحماية الاجتماعية باهتمام الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي خلال الـ9 سنوات الماضية، ونفذت الحكومة العديد من القرارات لصالح المواطن بشكل عام والأسر الأكثر رعاية بشكل خاص. وشهدت المعاشات زيادة كبيرة خلال السنوات الماضية، حيث أن حجم المعاشات في العام المالي 2013-2014 لا يتجاوز 86.5 مليار جنيه، يرتفع إلى 340 مليار جنيه بحلول 30 يونيو 2023.
وعلى مدار 3 أيام عرض مؤتمر «حكاية وطن» ما تم إنجازه على مدار 9 سنوات في العديد من القطاعات أبرزها: 91.5 مليار جنيه تكلفة 1135 مشروعًا تم ويجري تنفيذها لإنشاء وتطوير وإقامة رفع كفاءة المستشفيات والوحدات الصحية ومراكز طب الأسرة، وتطوير منظومة الإسعاف. وبلغت التكلفة الإجمالية للمشروعات والمبادرات الجاري تنفيذها في القطاع الصحي على مدار 9 سنوات 246 مليار جنيه، و500 مليون دولار دعمًا لتنفيذ الإستراتيجية الوطنية الشاملة لتطوير التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر. كما تمت الموافقة على زيادة موازنة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بنسبة زيادة تعادل 112% بقيمة 52.5 مليار جنيه. وبلغ عدد الجامعات خلال الخمس سنوات الماضية 96 جامعة، وهو إجمالي عدد الجامعات عام 2023، مقابل 50 جامعة عام 2014، فيما بلغت إجمالي تكلفة المشروعات الجاري تنفيذها في قطاع الثقافة خلال 9 سنوات 2 مليار جنيه.
