احذر.. الحبس والغرامة عقوبة إلقاء مخلفات البناء فى الشوارع والميادين العامة

وفي حالة العود تكون العقوبة السجن والغرامة معاً على النحو المنصوص عليه في الفقرة السابقة. وتكلف الوحدة المحلية المختصة مرتكب الجريمة بإزالة آثار الجريمة في الموعد الذي تحدده. فإذا لم يفعل ذلك قامت هذه السلطة بإزالتهم بالطرق الإدارية وعلى نفقته. مع حجز رخص قيادة المركبات المستخدمة في الجريمة وسحبها لمدة شهر. كما يتم ضبط الآلات والأدوات واللوازم المستعملة، وفي حالة الإدانة يحكم بمصادرتها.
ويجوز التصالح مع الوحدة المحلية المختصة بالجريمة المنصوص عليها في الفقرة الرابعة من هذه المادة، مقابل سداد مبلغ مائتي جنيه للمارة، وخمسة آلاف جنيه لبقية المخالفين، خلال أسبوع من تاريخ وقوع الجريمة. تاريخ القبض على الجريمة. ويتضاعف هذا المبلغ في حالة تكرار الجريمة، وانقضاء الدعوى الجنائية على ذلك. مصالحة.
