الكنيسة تعلن ترتيبات صلوات تجنيز رئيس دير سمعان الخراز
وأعلنت الكنيسة أن قداس جنازة الأب سيمون إبراهيم رئيس دير سمعان الخراز بالمقطم، سيقام غدا الجمعة بحضور جثمان الوالد الراحل من الساعة الثامنة صباحا حتى العاشرة يليه توديع. الصلاة من الساعة العاشرة حتى الساعة الثانية بعد الظهر، وبعدها تبدأ صلاة الجنازة.
توفي أمس الأب سيمون إبراهيم، كاهن ومؤسس دير القديس سمعان الدباغ بحي المقطم، عن عمر يناهز 82 عامًا، بعد رحلة خدمة طويلة، حيث بدأ خدمته بحي جامعي القمامة بالمقطم، المزيد منذ أكثر من خمسين عامًا، قضى منها أكثر من 45 عامًا كاهنًا.
سيم كاهناً الأب سمعان في 14 كانون الثاني 1978، ونال رئاسته في 15 تموز 1994.
قداسة البابا تواضروس الثاني يتقدم بخالص العزاء للأنبا أبانوب الأسقف العام لكنائس قطاع المقطم، ولآباء كهنة القطاع، في وفاة الأب سيمون إبراهيم، ويطلب التعازي لأسرته المباركة .
