"النواب" يناقش إقرار 300 جنيه علاوة غلاء معيشة للعاملين والمعاشات الأحد المقبل
يناقش مجلس النواب، خلال جلسته العامة، اليوم الأحد، برئاسة المستشار د. حنفي جبالي، تقرير اللجنة المشتركة من لجنة القوى العاملة ومكاتب لجنتي الشئون الدستورية والتشريعية، ولجنة الخطة والموازنة بشأن خطة عمل. مشروع قانون بتحديد زيادة علاوة غلاء المعيشة الاستثنائية للموظفين الخاضعين لقانون الخدمة المدنية وموظفي الدولة غير الخاضعين له، وتقرير زيادة المنحة الاستثنائية لموظفي شركات القطاع العام وقطاع الأعمال العام بموجب القانون رقم 166 لسنة 2022 ومنح أصحاب المعاشات أو مستحقيهم منحة استثنائية، وتعديل بعض أحكام قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات الصادر بالقانون رقم 148 لسنة 2019.
ويتضمن مشروع القانون منح الموظفين الخاضعين لأحكام قانون الخدمة المدنية الصادر بالقانون رقم 81 لسنة 2016، وموظفي الدولة غير الخاضعين له، زيادة في قيمة علاوة غلاء المعيشة الاستثنائية المنصوص عليها في القانون القانون رقم 166 لسنة 2022 بمنح مبلغ 300 جنيه شهرياً لتصبح 600 جنيه شهرياً وزيادة منحة العاملين. قامت شركات القطاع العام وشركات قطاع الأعمال العام بزيادة المنحة المقررة بموجب القانون رقم 166 لسنة 2022 للعاملين بها بمقدار 300 جنيه شهريا لتصبح 600 جنيه شهريا، ومنحت أصحاب المعاشات منحة شهرية استثنائية بقيمة 300 جنيه.
وأكدت اللجنة أن مشروع القانون يأتي في إطار السياسة التي تنتهجها الدولة لتخفيف الأعباء المعيشية عن العاملين بها وأصحاب المعاشات، خاصة في ظل التطورات الراهنة التي تطلبت التدخل السريع لتخفيف العبء عن موظفي الدولة ومتقاعديها. عمال.
وقالت اللجنة في تقريرها إنه من أجل ترسيخ مبادئ الجمهورية الجديدة، والإيمان بعمل كل ما يسهم في تماسك الجبهة الداخلية للبلاد، ودور الدولة المصرية في مواجهة كافة الأخطار والتحديات التي تواجه الشعب المصري. المواطن والمجتمع ككل، كان التدخل السريع للقيادة السياسية بإصدار حزمة من القرارات لدعم مواطنيها في مواجهة… الأوضاع الاقتصادية الراهنة، وتخفيف العبء عن كاهلهم من خلال تطبيق مزايا مالية جديدة لتوفير حياة كريمة للمواطن المصري، والحفاظ على الاستقرار الأسري، وضمان تلبية احتياجات الأسر الفقيرة والمحتاجة، لما له من أثر إيجابي في زيادة الإنتاجية ولم شمل كافة أطياف المجتمع المصري، من خلال استخدام… الدولة لها جهازها التنفيذي وأدوات تشريعية للتخفيف من آثار الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية والتخفيف من آثار ارتفاع الأسعار.
