13 مليون موظف يستفيدون من تعديلات الضريبة على الدخل
يناقش مجلس النواب خلال جلساته العامة غدا الأحد تقرير اللجنة المشتركة من لجنة الخطة والموازنة ومكتب لجنة الشؤون الدستورية والتشريعية حول مشروع قانون مقدم من الحكومة بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون الدخل. قانون الضرائب الصادر بالقانون رقم 91 لسنة 2005.
ويأتي مشروع القانون لزيادة حد الإعفاء الضريبي، وفقا لما قرره الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي ضمن حزمة قرارات دعم المواطن الأخيرة، ليصبح 45 ألف جنيه بدلا من 36 ألف جنيه، تمهيدا لمناقشته في الجلسة العامة لمجلس النواب. مجلس النواب.
أهداف مشروع القانون هي:
– تخفيف الأعباء الضريبية على ذوي الدخل المحدود.
– تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية في توزيع العبء الضريبي حسب مستويات الدخل، وبما يتوافق مع توجه الدولة لزيادة الحد الأدنى للأجور.
– التزام الدولة بتحسين النظام الضريبي بما يضمن تنمية موارد الدولة.
وأكدت لجنة التخطيط والموازنة بمجلس النواب، أن تعديلات قانون الدخل تستهدف رفع حد الإعفاء من 36 إلى 45 ألف جنيه، أي 9 آلاف جنيه، ويستفيد منها محدودي الدخل. وقالت ميرفت ألكسان، عضو اللجنة، إن 13 مليون شخص في القطاعين العام والخاص سيستفيدون من تعديلات هذا القانون.
