المواطن أولًا.. كيف راعت موازنة العام الجاري الفئات الأولى بالرعاية ؟
في ضوء توجيهات رئيس الجمهورية عبد الفتاح السيسي بدعم الفئات ذات الدخل المنخفض والأكثر ضعفا في ظل الأزمة الاقتصادية الحالية، تشهد الموازنة العامة للدولة للعام الجاري ارتفاعا في بند الدعم والمنح والمزايا الاجتماعية والذي ينعكس بدوره على كافة مكوناته، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الحزم الاجتماعية التي تم إقرارها خلال الفترة. ماضي.
وفي هذا الصدد، شهدت موازنة العام الحالي 2023/2024 زيادة في بند الدعم والمنح والإعانات الاجتماعية من 428.5 مليار جنيه إلى 529.7 مليار جنيه، كما هو المبلغ المقدر لكل بند من بنود الدعم والمنح والمزايا الاجتماعية. سيتم زيادتها – وأهمها:
1- زيادة دعم المنتجات البترولية ليصل إلى 119.4 مليار جنيه بنسبة زيادة 53.1% عن موازنة العام المالي الحالي.
2- زيادة دعم المواد الغذائية وأرغفة الخبز ليصل إلى 127.7 مليار جنيه.
3- زيادة مخصصات التأمين الصحي والأدوية لتصل إلى 60 مليار جنيه بزيادة تقدر بنحو 93.5% عن موازنة العام المالي الحالي.
4- زيادة دعم الإسكان الاجتماعي ليصل إلى 10.2 مليار جنيه بنسبة زيادة تقدر بـ 92.7%.
5- زيادة مخصصات معاش الضمان الاجتماعي وبرنامج تكافل وكرامة لتصل إلى 31.0 مليار جنيه بنسبة زيادة 28.6%.
