الجريدة الرسمية تنشر قرار تعديل المخطط التفصيلى لقرية الشيخ مبارك فى كفر الشيخ
نشرت الجريدة الرسمية “الجريدة المصرية” في عددها رقم 230 الصادر بتاريخ 17 أكتوبر 2023، قرار اللواء جمال نور الدين محافظ كفر الشيخ رقم 1732 بتاريخ 17 سبتمبر، قرار عام 2023 بتعديل المخطط التفصيلي المعتمد لقرية الشيخ مبارك التابعة للوحدة المحلية لقرية الشيخ. مبارك مركز بلطيم تعديل شارع بعرض 6م شامل شارع بعرض 4م مقترح بناء على الصفقة رقم 1160230050286 بتاريخ 28 مارس 2023.
جاء ذلك بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم 43 لسنة 1979 الصادر في شأن نظام الإدارة المحلية ولائحته التنفيذية وتعديلاتها. وعلى القانون رقم 119 لسنة 2008 بإصدار قانون البناء ولائحته التنفيذية وتعديلاتهما، وعلى القانون رقم 222 لسنة 1955 في شأن فرض رسم تحسين على العقارات التي يتم تحسينها بسبب أعمال المنفعة العامة، بموجب كتاب الإدارة العامة للتخطيط والتطوير العمراني بالمحافظة بتاريخ 2023/10/9 بتعديل المخطط التفصيلي المعتمد لقرية الشيخ مبارك التابعة للوحدة المحلية لقرية الشيخ مبارك مركز بلطيم وذلك بتعديل شارع بعرض 6م وضم شارع بعرض 4م مقترح بناء على المعاملة رقم 1160230050286 بتاريخ 28 مارس 2023.
