تعرف على إجراءات تسهل الحصول على ترخيص سيارة تجارية
سهلت البوابة الإلكترونية لبوابة مرور مصر إجراءات الحصول على ترخيص مركبة تجارية “مركبات النقل للشركات أو المصانع أو المدارس” إلكترونيا، وحددت مجموعة من الأوراق والشروط منها:
– إثبات هوية ووصفة ومحل إقامة المرخص له (بطاقة التعريف الوطنية).
– إثبات القيد في السجل التجاري وكذلك رخصة المحل.
– وثيقة التأمين الإلزامي ضد حوادث المركبات.
– نموذج 251 مرور.
وأجاز القانون منح الرخص واللوحات المعدنية التجارية لمزاولي صناعة أو تجارة أو استيراد أو إصلاح المركبات ما دام طالبها مقيدا بهذه الصفة في السجل التجاري، وكذلك للأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة الذين وممارسة إحدى هذه العمليات لحساب الآخرين وفقاً لأنظمتهم. استخدامات اللوحات التجارية: نقل المركبة من الوجهة أو المصنع إلى المتجر التجاري، واختبار المركبة بعد إصلاحها أو أمام المشتري، ونقل المركبة إلى إدارة المرور المختصة للترخيص، أو من إدارة المرور إلى المكان الذي يحدده طالب الترخيص في حالة عدم استكمال إجراءات الترخيص.
