اليوم.. معارضة محمود عبد الشافى صاحب مشروع "ابنى بيتك" على حكم حبسه
تنظر المحكمة الاقتصادية، اليوم الخميس، في معارضة محمود عبد الشافي وشقيقه بتهمة جرائم احتيال عقاري تصل قيمتها إلى أكثر من ملياري جنيه، تحت مسمى مشروع “ابنى بيتك”.
وطلبت النيابة المدنية 260 ألف جنيه تعويض مدني مؤقت لأحد ضحايا عمليات الاحتيال.
وفي القضية رقم 505 لسنة 2020 جنح اقتصادية القاهرة، أصدرت المحكمة حكما غيابيا بالسجن ثلاث سنوات وغرامة ثلاثمائة ألف جنيه على المتهم محمود عبد الشافي، وظل هاربا حتى وصول الأجهزة الأمنية وتمكنوا من إلقاء القبض عليه مؤخرا.
صدر ضده قرار من النائب العام بتاريخ 21/4/2020 بمنعه من التصرف بكافة أمواله وعقاراته مع أشقائه وأقاربه رقم 30 لسنة 2020 في القضية رقم 1 لسنة 2020 غسيل أموال كلية حلوان استطلاع.
