نظمت هدى المغربي أمين عام محافظة الأقصر، فعاليات لقاء اليوم المفتوح الأسبوعي مع المواطنين، والذي يقام بمقر ديوان عام المحافظة بشكل أسبوعي، بحضور رؤساء المدن وممثلي المحافظات. الوزارات والمديريات المختلفة، في ضوء توجيهات المستشار مصطفى إلهام محافظ الأقصر، بتكثيف جهود إدارة خدمة المواطنين لمناقشة… كافة الطلبات والشكاوى المقدمة من المواطنين، وإيجاد الحلول الأنسب لها في وفقا للقانون.
وتم خلال اللقاء مناقشة كافة الطلبات والشكاوى المقدمة من المواطنين، وأكد أمين عام المحافظة على ضرورة سرعة الاستجابة لجميع الشكاوى التي تم تقديمها وتسهيل إجراءات حلها وتخفيف أي معاناة وتذليل أي عقبات تواجه المواطنين. في كافة القطاعات بمختلف مراكز وقرى المحافظة، مشيراً إلى أنه يتم فحصهم والاستجابة لهم. الرد على كافة الشكاوى المقدمة من المواطنين وإعطاء الجميع حقوقهم، مع تبسيط الإجراءات المتعلقة بمعاملاتهم في ضوء ما تسمح به الأنظمة والقانون.
ومن جانبه، أكد محمود فاروق، مدير إدارة خدمة المواطنين بديوان عام محافظة الأقصر، أنه تمت مناقشة ودراسة الطلبات والشكاوى المقدمة من المواطنين خلال لقاء اليوم المفتوح الذي أقيم بديوان عام محافظة الأقصر، موضحا أن الحالات التي تمت مناقشتها ودراستها تنوعت بين طلبات البحث عن عمل وتوفير السكن والمال. معاشات أو مساعدات، فيما أكدت هدى حسن المغربي، أمين عام محافظة الأقصر، أن جميع المسؤولين والجهات المنوط بهم الدراسة الدقيقة لكل طلب وشكوى يقدمها المواطنون لضمان حصول الجميع على حقوقهم، مشددة على أن أي مسؤول يتقاعس عن ذلك لخدمة المواطنين ستتم محاسبتهم، مضيفًا أن المحافظة تسعى جاهدة إلى تفعيل كافة آليات التواصل مع المواطنين ودراسة شكاواهم ومطالبهم لضمان الاستجابة السريعة وتقديم الدعم اللازم وتسهيل الإجراءات والمعاملات الحكومية.
