وزير التعليم: يجب إعداد الخريج لامتلاك المهارات الشخصية ومسابقة للمعلمين
قال الدكتور رضا حجازي، وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، إن الخريج يجب أن يكون مستعدا لامتلاك المهارات الشخصية والثقافية والمعرفية بالإضافة إلى الشهادة بشكل مهم، مؤكدا أن مصر لديها آلية مهمة لاختبار المعلمين وهي وتتميز بالشفافية والنزاهة، ولمصر الفضل في امتلاك هذه الآلية، مؤكدا أن مصر لديها مناهج دراسية تتضمن المهارات اللازمة. ما يحتاجه الخريج.
وفيما يتعلق بالمنصات الرقمية وكفايات المعلمين ومشروع المدارس المفتوحة المدعومة تكنولوجيًا للجميع، أوضح الوزير أنه تم الانتهاء من الإطار العام لمناهج المرحلة المتوسطة وسيتم طرحه للكتابة ومن ثم كتابة المرحلة الثانوية ستبدأ المناهج لأن التطوير سلسلة متكاملة تشمل جميع الصفوف الدراسية.
وأكدت الوزيرة أنه تم إطلاق مسابقة للمعلمين المصريين لإنتاج مواد تعليمية رقمية، مؤكدة أن مصر مستعدة لنقل تجربتها في تطوير التعليم وإدخال التكنولوجيا في التعلم إلى الدول الأفريقية بالتنسيق مع اليونسكو.
